I always have to chase rewards from snoop with evide...

I always have to chase rewards from snoop with evidence. I have not received £100 after signing up for broadband. Every single reward had to be chased via email with delays. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

I'm sure you've been in touch with our team as you mention you've had to chase but if we can support any further with getting vouchers to you, of course drop us a line at [email protected]. The £100 broadband voucher you mention will be a provider offer (for example Virgin/Vodafone) and they often take up to 120 days to pay out - there's nothing we can do to expedite that but if you're finding undue delays we definitely want to hear about them as it's the last thing we want for our customers.
