Leek Building Society: an exemplar!

Leek Building Society is an exemplar in the finance world. Unlike, say, Nat West or Lloyds, who are busily closing branches, Leek are determined to retain their full network. Excellent customer service at Leek Building Society

Leek Building Society are leaders in the field of customer service. When other banks and building societies are closing branches or reducing hours Leek are doing the opposite. They retain branches and well trained staff provide great assistance. I had a recent issue with access to my online savings account and staff in the Leek Derby St branch helped me to sort it out. Imagine! An organisation that provides face to face assistance rather than pushing me towards a chatbot! Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Leek Building Society - excellent!

I have been a Leek (United) Building Society customer for many years. In all my dealings regarding mortgages, insurance products and savings I have always found them excellent to deal with. The branch network is a real strength of the society. Admittedly they may not always have the cheapest mortgage rates or best saving rates but they make up for that with a consistent approach to customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone - particularly young adults who can get the saving habit started with a great partner. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
