Full marks for SBS!

I called to advise my instructions for one of my maturing ISA’s and spoke to a very helpful lady called Clare. Her customer service was excellent. The only downside was the wait time before I could speak to anyone. However it was useful to know which position I had in the telephone queue. The wait music was excellent- appropriate and not annoying like so many others tend to be! Full marks for employing Clare - a great ambassador for Saffron Building Society.
