I felt your transfer of Isa took too long.

I felt your transfer of Isa took too long. You took 6 days to register my account and send it on to the other bank/building society to send a cheque etc. to you.The other side took another 6 days to close my account and send funds to you. All in all including weekends which is not counted and the rather abysmal postal service it took just over month to open my account with you which for me is not acceptable. Recently when I transferred another isa to Coventry Building Society they literally took 2-3 days because they did the transfer of funds online that is what I call excellent customer service second to none. With the way the Postal service is going with Ofcom ready to agree to cut to a 3 day service I will now have to make telephone enquiries before moving my isa. I will not bank or move to institutions that rely on the postal service. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
