Wanted a buy to let mortgage, provided the necessary information however we were not accepted, then we provided the same information to natwest and were accepted immediately. We had been working on this project for the last 10 years and at the end we were a small amount of money short. After securing a loan with natwest we were left with a property worth 1.2 million pounds with a mortgage of £100,000 paying £3000 per in rent per month. After being with Leek United for a long while I would class the way in which they came to their decision as a total disaster Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
