Customer service is always excellent, I occasionally...

Customer service is always excellent, I occasionally get phone calls re: selling products, but dont feel "hounded " by them, I like the brand and feel that my money is safe in the society. I also like that it is a local firm and I can walk into a branch and access my money in the branch - not a machine and not on line or via telephone- in most of the local towns, plus that they are a great employee for local area and help to provide jobs and experience for local people. Being in the town means people come into branch to get money and so support the local town also. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Staff approach to customers and Branch appearance

staff are always polite, friendly and considerate of your privacy. there is a lovely feel to the branches and always tidy and clean. Also like that they make you aware of products but arent too pushy/ hard sell. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
