Fabulous products/services as a specialist lender

Fabulous products and services for people who may have limited options on mortgage products available to them. As first time buyers, purchasing a new build apartment they were able to understand our circumstances and offer the most relevant product - of which are not as readily available from high street lenders. They were able to keep up to the speed of processing as high street lenders too and kept our broker informed throughout. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Leek - better than highstreet lenders!!!

Leek was able to out-compete much larger highstreet lenders by (to our surprise) offering the most competitive rate for us - we are x2 first time buyers, purchasing a new build apartment with a 5% deposit. We were aware prior to setting up our mortgage that all of these factors will limit the mortgage products available to us (resulting in increased mortgage rates). Leek were able to offer the lowest mortgage rates and also completed all checks within a swift turnaround period - which meant no hold ups for moving into our newbuild which was excellent.
