I recently opened an ISA. I found the member of staff who served me was very helpful. I was very pleased with the customer service and the interest rate. I felt that I was in safe hands and had everything clearly explained to me. Also, I received excellent service when I had to close my late husband's account. Very efficient and sympathetic service.
