If Heineken did bank accounts....Zopa, simply the best!

I joined Zopa with their savings and credit card accounts, I've also had a loan and now their amazing Biscuit current account. I have several bank accounts but this is the one I have migrated to as their benefits outway the rest, their mobile app is so simple and fully inclusive and their customer service was fantastic! Actually speaking to a human when needed with a pleasant, friendly and very helpful advisor just put the cherry on the cake! Simply exemplary in every respect! Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Great service and investment products

It was so quick, easy and risk effective to open our 1 yr fixed product. We were kept informed regularly and as it is just maturing the next steps were so coherent, with no pressure selling, that we've decided to reinvest.
