Review of the RCI Bank, Freedom Savings Account:

Good service

Their customer service is good, rates are OK but not near the top, other financial institutions offer more competitive rates - so you must use moneyfacts or similar to find out who is paying the best. One gripe I do have with RCI is that they don't do faster payments, so it takes a little longer to receive money when making a withdrawal. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Smartsave offered one of the best rates

I took out a fixed rate bond, they were offering quite good rate at the time but soon after taking it out, Charter Bank came out with a bond with a better rate. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024
