Saffron provided exactly what it said on the tin in terms of my account and interest; beyond that, their customer service has always been exemplary. Even though the website isn't great (not as much functionality as the app, but I don't want to download the app), every time I call I get an extremely helpful, clear and efficient agent on the line who sorts out my issues on the spot.
