I was locked out of my account.

I was locked out of my account. It took a couple of weeks before the issue was solved. Apparently they didn’t have my email address. Although they managed to send me emails!! The phone number was extremely busy and I don’t have the time or inclination to hang on for over half an hour. Eventually a very helpful lady sorted it all out, but it shouldn’t have taken a couple of weeks. Not very impressed! Reviewed on: 30th January 2024
