Excellent customer service

Both my brother and I set up accounts via the website. We both had issues accessing our accounts and had to call customer service team. Customer service was amazing and the issue was resolved quickly. In my opinion it would be better if the process was like modern building society, bank or savings app where you are verified online and don’t have to wait for various letters to be able to login and access your account.
