I had to telephone Saffron about the accounts I held...

I had to telephone Saffron about the accounts I held for my three grand daughters. I also wanted to open a new account for our 4th grand daughter who is 3 months old. There had been some errors made by Saffron on transactions made. I spoke to Zoe . She was brilliant and a credit to herself and a Saffron the way she sorted the errors out, her friendly, courteous and professional manner. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Hard to contact Saffron since new call centre .

Hard to contact Saffron since new call centre . Also hard to use tge app if on a mobile. Really poor in trying to open a savings account Reviewed on: 30th January 2024
