Whenever I have contacted Customer Service they have...

Whenever I have contacted Customer Service they have always been polite and very helpful. TRIODOS bank has a policy of being truthful and transparent and so they charge a fee instead of hiding the cost of a personal account and pretending that private accounts are free.
