I was transferred from another provider when they pulled out of the UK market and the process of calling up, getting access to my account, discussing the investment profile was so straightforward. I didn’t choose to invest with Moneyfarm so they needed to win my trust, but I’ve chosen to keep investing with them because of that fantastic experience and how easy their platform is.
