Superb Service

The app is excellent, reliable and if you need help you can ring via the app to a agent who will assist you. I recently stopped a direct debit and it was painless. I particularly love the way you can now pay a cheque into your account simply using the app and it takes a picture. money is transferred instantly. banking services have come a long way in my lifetime and Barclays seem to be at the fore front of change for the better. Best insurer I have ever dealt with.

Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Quotes are reasonable and with everything done electronically I have all my documents instantly. The best part about having a policy with Footman James Is I can ring and speak to someone. I am with G.A for my non classic car and everything with them has to be done via e-mail.
