Stay away!!!

I'[email protected] been with kroo bank for 4 months now. Today tried to transfer £10 pounds to my Halifax bank. (Tried) I spoke to customer service on the phone they told me to wait for hours. I waited 6 hours and called back and was told some from payment will could me they did with an email. We will let you know when payment is confirmed. I told them I need to transfer a few hundred pounds to this account to pay bills..and still waiting for a reply?? This is my money and can not get access to it??? I have a few thousand pounds in their bank and I'm going to withdraw the lot bad service do not go with this bank!!! They just want your money. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024
