Have trust in SBS ... and importantly their staff

Visited Ravenswood branch today for a meeting with Laura Edwards, specifically to discuss how to invest proceeds from a recent house sale. I act on behalf of my friend as his LPA and it is his funds we discussed for investment in relation to his future care costs. Laura immediately understood the situation and provided good information on the products available. Laura also explained the differences between the options. I chose two products and we opened the necessary accounts. I came away happy with what we had achieved .... I didn't expect anything less !! Thanks Laura. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026

Help at hand .......

I visited Ravenswoid to register my Power of Attorney on one of your customer's accounts. My meeting was with Laura - who was extremely helpful in many ways. Being hard of hearing she ensured that she spoke slowly, clearly and made sure I had understood everything before moving on to the next subject. She knew the processes well which meant it all happened very smoothly. She explained the details of available investment accounts - and the pros / cons of each depending on what needed to be achieved .. excellent!! The best bit ... meetings should be relaxed and fun ... and that is what happened!! Well done Laura ... I hope the powers that be appreciate your true worth to the organisation. Thank you.
