Automated deposit features are a helpful savings tool!

I really appreciate the automated transactions on the app - being able to automatically put money into my savings and investments (via weekly round ups, 1p challenge etc) without having to do the maths myself has been a huge help! It's really nice getting the Combo depositor notification with it as well telling me how much was deposited and where it all went to. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Ive been using the Kroo app for 2 years and love it!

Ive been using the Kroo app for nearly 2 years now and it's been my go-to banking app. I really like that new feature are being added like pots more recently and love the current accounts interest! I use the pots for savings for holidays, emergency savings etc and find it useful that I will gain interest on them no matter what, which is different to other apps like Monzo for example where you would need to leave your money in the savings account to gain interest for it. I've also been finding it super useful for overseas transactions when abroad and on holiday as I don't get charged any fees for them (I believe there is a limit to how much cash you can get out, but I usually only use it for cashless transactions) Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Really user friendly, regular updates and email notifications provide lots of insight on spending + there are a lot of tips to help save money based on your spending habits etc. I like that you can link your bank accounts to it so you get an easy overall view of your spending and budget.
