Doesn't let you make a purchase online

Online exchange rate is always better - unfortunately it doesn't let you make the transaction. They give you a number to call for assistance - unfortunately they don't help, they tell you try another device and when you tell them that you have already done this they say they don't know then. Maybe they want you to buy from one of their bureaus where you get a rubbish exchange rate. I went with Sainsbury online in the end, it was simple and quick - and it works!
