Worst insurance company out there!

Worst insurance company out there! I took out a home insurance policy with this company as you would to protect your home and contents . I recently found my self in the need of making a claim for a theft of my mobile phone only to not be covered for the whole amount of the phone , the excuse given by admiral was I didn't specify which Items I wanted to insure? The issue I have with this is that when you take out the policy they do not ask you to specify any items. So why are you asking me this now?. Complete & utter scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
