I needed cover for an existing condition and the member of the customer service team I spoke to was extremely helpful and thorough. I felt he took time to understand my circumstances and help explain how the options best fitted my position. Even when I got the quote he double checked he had all my information correct as the quote came in lower than expected with my condition. I thankfully have not had to make a claim so can not comment on that side of the process but from what I have experienced so far I would happily recommend Wirld First to friends.
