Despite past issues, satisfied with WF moving forward

In 2017 I had a bag stolen whilst in Peru. I was insured with World First and had to appeal to have my items reimbursed. This was a stressful process and hit me time-wise and financially. However, when insuring a similar trip in 2018, no other company could match WF's price or cover. After receiving my money in full after my issues in 2017 (albeit after many months), I decided to buy insurance from WF again. Touch wood, so far I've had no issues, but I hope if I do the process of claiming will be less stressful than last time. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018
