Confidence in this Company

OK so I have not had to make a claim yet but this was one of the very few companies I could find that offers some protection in case I am unable to use my time-share. I have renewed a couple of times with World First and, frankly, find the health interrogation rather off putting. However, I think it shows they take their job seriously and at least it gives the confidence that should a claim be necessary, it shouldn't be thrown out because I haven't declared something I should have with an insurer who just accepts customers "on the nod".
