I just was told my claim for storm damage on my roof...

I just was told my claim for storm damage on my roof from storm Isha and consecutive strong winds would not be taken. The assessor came and looked at the two tiles and made some sorry excuse about cement erosion .I have been with them for years,do not KNOW WHY I AM PAYING MY INSURANCE .
