Quick and easy to claim

Quick and easy to make a claim. Our vets can make the claim directly and they are quick to accept and then approve the payment. If it's declined it's clearly explained why. If they don't pay the whole amount, again it's clearly explained. When our cat had a severe illness and was admitted to hospital, we informed them ahead of the claim a d they were very kind and understanding. They reassured us the claim would be processed.
