Delays, Slow, Unresponsive

Originally applied back in September. Provided ID through e-mail and got ignored for several months. When I followed up, I was ignored again. Eventually, almost 5 months after I originally applied I got a link texted to me to download an ID app, even though I had already provided this. Once I had completed that step I asked for an update on my loan application and was told it was sitting in a queue to be assessed and it may take a while. Okay fair enough you'd think, however I've since read multiple reviews of people having their memberships and loans processed in less than 24/48 hours recently. I'm not sure why I've been treated this way but it's really disappointing. Credit Unions are supposed to be friendly, welcoming and provide good service. I've had nothing but hassle since my original application and I feel excluded, downbeat and disappointed that for no apparent reason I am being treated seperately to other customers.
