Thank goodness I found Tembo

It was absolutely coincidence that I tried Tembo but I am so happy I did! I was actually late to a works call due to taking a call from my FA regarding my re-mortgage and on joining the call I apologised, explained and went into a massive rant about the huge jump in my mortgage rate and payments. Living by myself (well with my dog if that counts) can make life rather tight so the over £400 jump in monthly payments was going to be really tough. This is when my colleague on the call asked if I had heard of Tembo Money, so I checked it our right away! The digital journey was super easy and user friendly. I didn’t feel like I was having to go through war and peace and all the documents that were requested were easy to get hold of and upload. I was very impressed that my initial call back was the very same day and then my official appointment just a couple of days later with my adviser Andy who had already completed a full fact find and was able to talk me through all of my options. Andy was absolutely on it. I was updated regularly, had clear lines of communication via email and phone and to be honest was super shocked I wasn’t having to constantly chase for updates. Andy was very happy to explain everything to me in laymans terms, he was never in a rush and happily went through all options with me taking into consideration my future plans and not just the here and now. In the end Andy was able to save me over £100 on my monthly repayments compared to my previous adviser which was the most important thing for me whilst re-mortgaging. I cannot stress enough what a relief it was having the support from Tembo! Reviewed on: 13th February 2024
