Brilliant service, start to finish

I was recommended Tembo through a colleague and was surprised at how quick they were at setting up the initial calls to get us started. This was important as we were close to making an offer on a property and didn't want to miss out. We were in contact with Olivia who talked us through the mortgage and property buying process from start to finish which was very helpful as first time buyers. Her approach was very personal and we appreciated how quick she was at responding to our numerous questions throughout the process. The mortgage rates changed multiple times whilst we were waiting for exchange and Tembo were able to transfer us to a better rate in an efficient way. They actually secured better rates before they were visible on sites such as compare the market. Overall I would recommend Tembo to anyone looking for a mortgage or general advice.
