Before chip, I was hoping around savings accounts

I've been writing a valentines day card today so this is gong to sound a bit like a romantic proclamation but stick with it. Before chip, I was hoping around savings accounts looking for the best rates and usable interface - not an easy combination to find. Since I swapped over the chip, I've stuck with them for longer than I have for any other saving account. Even as higher interest rates have popped up with competitors I've not even been tempted so switch. Their simple interface and solid explanations have kept me with them and I don't plan on changing.
