Worst Customer support in history!

I am writing this as I sit on hold again waiting for a customer service rep to actually pick up the phone, I called this morning and after more than an hour I gave up, now I am back on again, been over an hour with no luck, it just says "you are moving forward in the queue" with no indication of how long that will be or what position in the queue you are.. I only want to change the bank details for my mortgage payments.. Literally that's it and as I can do it online I HAVE to call up.. This is ridiculous! Worst Customer support in history, even BT do better than this and that's saying something! Reviewed on: 14th February 2024
