I downloaded Chip around June 2023, having searched through MoneySupermarket for the best Savings Account. Chip came out on top and I immediately downloaded it. I started off with £10k and I have always been a great saver however the Chip app encourages me to go even further and I now have over £25k in savings. So I have saved £15k in the space of 20 months! I cannot recommend Chip enough and I have badgered friends to download it, as well as writing into the Daily Mail as it was recommended in their Financial section recently. With Chip being recognised in the Financial Times, which is a respected newspaper, is further testament and evidence of their skill in offering their customers among the best savings on the market. It is a well deserved accolade for Chip to be listed 12th in the Financial Times. I will continue to invest and save with Chip for many years. Chip offers great savings rates, from as little as £1 you can start saving which I believe most people can do. I have set a goal to reach at least £40k in savings within the next 20 months, as I have already proven to myself I can save at least £15k during that period. The current economy in the UK has hit the lowest ear...

The current economy in the UK has hit the lowest earners the most, however all earners have felt the most financially when it comes to savings. This has been hitting savers far longer than inflation over the years, and with the banks still hitting their loyal customers with APR of 19% just for going into an overdraft and offering far less than 1% in interest savings account. Chip is easy to set up and use, offering an almost unbeatable rate AND with no penalties for unlimited withdrawals. Others may offer a higher rate but minimum of £1k to open, Chip only asks for £1 to open and this will encourage even the lowest income earners to save which is better for all. I searched on MoneySuperMarket.com for best easy access savings account and CHIP was at the top.
