Top savings rates, excellent customer experience.

I became a chip customer for both the high rate instant access saving account and the isa. It’s been an extremely trouble free experience, the app is fantastic and the comms from chip are first rate. The positive experience puts their whole biz in a great light and I’m considering using some of their other products. That’s really as good as it gets. No negatives so far. A chip off a new block. A savings App that rocks!

I got a chip account to mange money and earn a significant amount of interest during. Remote/building project. Setting up the account via the App was ridiculously easy, management of the account has been a dream and having top interest rates on an instant access account was amazing. Since using the service I’ve read up more about them and was so impressed with the app and the service I invested in their recent funding round and have also taken advantage of their new ISA. The App has been such a key part of the saving experience and one that make be want to stay within the brand. That’s quite a feet in a boring sector like savings. And I know it’s good because everyone I have shown it has gone off and set their own ones up. I think they’re onto something. Reviewed on: 14th February 2024
