No phasing them

OK so as you get older you get more afflicted. We had booked a holiday of a lifetime 12 months ago and took out cover. Since then we have had to contact World First three times and they have been very patient and helped us through the questions each time. Great company with great people. Great online and outstanding dealing with the issues

So I had booked the cover online six months ahead of our holiday of a lifetime and all our issues were covered online - result. But then medical issue came up for me after a few minutes on the phone all sorted. Us being old something then cropped up for her indoors and back on the phone - again simple questions asked by friendly local staff that were easily answered and the policy was reissued for the third time without any hassle. Having heard of a friend who has had a nightmare with travel insurance arranged through a broker I will return to World First Travel for the rest of my spending the kids inheritance.
