Excellent customer service

Fortunately, I haven’t needed to make a claim therefore I cannot comment on such but the customer service is extremely good. The staff are helpful and polite. You aren’t left waiting for ages for your call to be answered. I’ve had some ridiculous quotes for insurance cover in the past and was pleased when this company was recommended to me.
