Really user friendly experience.

Really user friendly experience. You can access and view your investment portfolio from your chase banking app (if you bank with chase). They also have a useful set up portfolio where you can enter your risk level etc - great for novices in investment! Reviewed on: 24th February 2026

Chase is a bank I can trust.

Chase is a bank I can trust. The customer service is excellent, they resolve my queries quickly and politely. I am able to speak to a real person easily, with no stress conversing back and forth with AI. Cash back and round up options are an added bonus, both of which I have made great use of.
