Unfortunately we had to make a claim after me being rushed into hospital

This was handled superbly claim paid by yourself directly to the hospital and we received passport back immediately wouldn’t use any other travel insurance highly recommended thank you for helping us through a bad experience Reviewed on: 14th August 2018
