Great customer service and user-friendly app

I have always been able to get through to a customer service representative quickly, and they have always been able to resolve my query or issue. I also find the app very user friendly. The main thing to improve from my perspective would be the daily transfer limit/enabling CHAPS payments. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
