Excellent bank with fair interest and customer service.

An excellent bank that makes the high street banks look like small fry in customer service and basic needs. They have flown the flag for what a fintech should be - an excellent system with rapid payments, a fair savings interest rate of 4.1% considering what they provide, free payments abroad, round up for your payments, 1% cashback for your eligible payments with a low pay in requirement, a payment card without your details splashed all over, great security - and all this with top tier customer service and support. The only thing that is needed is the return of the referral system, their £20 referral system put them on the UK map and the return would be much welcomed in this cost of living situation, even if it was lowered to £10.
