Outstanding Customer Service Team

Had to call in when a fraudulent transaction pinged just as I hung up on a spoof call claiming to be Chase. The team members I spoke to when I called Chase were excellent, they quickly reassured me and rectified the issue in very swift time. Never experienced such good customer service before, outstanding!
