Chase Banking 100% perfect!

The app works 100% perfectly. Easy to navigate and so very simple to manage my funds and rewards. Also, ultra easy to contact support or customer service from the app. Only had to make contact on 2 occasions in the past 18 months, both times it was my error or lack of knowledge however, on both occasions the service was ultra prompt, very personable and polite. So good to actually speak with a human that cares. The best bank and banking app I have ever used and I’m 65 so yeh, a lot of banking in my years. Absolutely, totally satisfied with everything about Chase Bank. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
