Most responsive customer service of any bank

I have been with Chase for a year now and had cause to contact their Customer Service once about a scam and was very grateful and pleased with their positive immediate action to save my money. It was the most immediate and positive response ever from a bank. very, very impressed. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
