Chase - looks after existing customers

I have been a loyal customer with for previous bank for about 35 years. I now question why I felt I needed to be loyal to them.. they only provided a better service rewards to new customers. Since banking with CHASE I have benefited from the rewards, good interest rates, round up, percentage saving on spending and being able to use my CHASE card and account abroad. The online service is so easy to use, user friendly and nice on the eye. Its nice for existing customers to benefit not just new customers. After all without the excisting customers it would be difficult to get new customers on board. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
