Love the app and the benefits of this account. 1% cashback, easy access savings and good rates to use abroad are the big pluses for me. Only drawback is that they keep bouncing subscription payments that come out via card rather than DD. Applies particularly to Amazon subs, but has happened on a couple of others. Basically you have to manually approve most card payments which is fine when doing them but no good when they are scheduled. Don't get that issue with other providers so have just moved those payments to an Amex with cashback. Overall a great banking provider. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
