Review of the Chase Bank, Current account:

Just such an amazing bank.

I used to be with Monzo, however after my bank account was hacked and a loan was taken out in my name, I moved to Chase after being recommended by a friend, the move was easy. I asked them ti do it all for me, and within a week it was done. I have since made other accounts in chase, like the savings account etc, and their interest rates are just great on all for these accounts. I coudl ask of nothing more from Chase. After switching there was an issue where my salary did not get into my account but within 29 minjte of talking to someone over their chat it was sorted. The only thing I wpuld like to see is an easier way to invest using chase as Nutmeg. has a minimum investment of £500 which is a lot of money for me personally. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
