Review of the Chase Bank, Current account:

Not quite .

It does not work with a number of merchants.. For example I am not able to pay my O2 bill and most recent example where I was unable to pay daughters university accommodation. Help was offered by Chase customer service but resulted in suggestion to use another bank method to make that payment.. I used Nationwide debit card and made the payment successfully. This is not satisfactory for me. Having spent nearly an hour trying to resolve this and after asking for compensation, I was awarded £10. Hence I am not offering 100% rating Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
