customer services and all-round great banking

I had to call customer services about an issue with a transaction. Having had adequate to poor experiences with other major banks, I was expecting similar from a challenger bank. However, my call was answered quickly and resolved helpfully and enthusiastically by the representative. This is on top of an already great experience with a straightforward app, good savings rate, round up feature, cash back, and international spending rates. I recommend Chase to loads of people now!
