Really Good Chase Experience

I have had multiple really good experiences with Chase & their customer service. There is always a human to talk to, to ask any questions, and they resolve issues quickly & communicatively. Their current accounts are also really good, I love the ‘Round-up’ feature, that silently rounds up your purchases, kind of like a silent savings account. I don’t even realise that my money is being rounded-up, so when I get round to actually looking at how much I have saved, I’m always really pleased. I used to bank with other banks, but since I have started using Chase, I haven’t even touched any of the others. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
