Efficient customer service, safe hands!

Efficient payments, useful credit plans to spread cost. Feel confident that my purchases are protected and safe, whenever I’ve had an issue which is rare, customer services through the messaging have responded almost instantly and resolved the matter. I was a victim of a hacker using my account, PayPal quickly blocked and reversed the payments. I feel confident that my money is in good hands. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Easy access, efficent banking, great rates

Easy to set up, quick to use, quick access and great saving rates against lump sums rather than savings against a maximum sum per month which equates to very little so good value. Love the summary provided of spending and total savings over set periods. Very happy customer and wish we joined sooner. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
